Started as a project manager and gradually took new roles to develop their IP and update the business plan to the post-pandemic scenario, got promoted to COO by the end of 2025, coordinating the production and sales pipelines.
- Improved the internal production costs by 70% through updates in the technology and workflows without cuts in the budget or changes in the existing team.
- Helped the company to adapt their own Smartscape IP to the post-pandemic reality, upgrading its access to become hybrid, support mobile devices and have a more client-centric support.
- Lead the internationalization of the company, coordinating the creation of a new sales pipeline for the North and Latin America markets, winning accounts such as Aggrowth (AGI) and Itaú Bank in a few months.
- Coordinated the new international sales pipelines to expand the company business towards North-America and Brazil, investigating and adopting new CRM solutions, recruiting and coordinating a new international sales team.
- Helped to apply and win multiple public competitions funding competitions in Finland and Europe.

Joined the company since the very early stage to handle the production and evolved into different roles, including C-Level, raising it from a small studio in Helsinki to become the largest XR studio in Europe, with clients such as Nvidia, Epic Games, Cartier, Nike, Warner Music, Meta and more.
- Worked in different key roles from the start to the end of the company, including sales, production, management and administration. Also part of the shareholders from 2018 to 2023.
- Managed +150 XR projects between 2016 and 2023 for a diverse range of clients for B2B, B2C, Training, Marketing, Research and more.
- Coordinated projects with +60 people in multi-disciplinary roles and budgets of over €400.000.
- Participated in the sales and production of key accounts such as Cartier, Nokia, Warner Music, Microsoft and Meta.
- Producer and director of the multiple awarded Virtual Helsinki project, released on the Vive Store and showcased as a tech demo for Epic Games, Nvidia and HP individually at the GTC 2019 in San Jose, California, visited and tested by Jensen Huang, CEO of Nvidia.
- Recruited, trained and coordinated the majority of developers and artists at the company from 2016 to 2021, helping to establish our own recruiting and HR team to take the role after that.
- Developed a unique XR production pipeline for the company, speeding up the creation of interactive solutions for diverse clients and raising it from a small startup to the biggest XR studio in Europe.
- Produced and coached international professionals from varied roles and backgrounds, including teams experienced with AAA game development from companies such as Ubisoft, Remedy, RedHill, Microsoft and Bethesda.
- Organized, developed and publicly presented projects at our own SLUSH event booth at least 5 times, having also made projects for other clients in the venue such as Finnair and Microsoft.
- Opened and coordinated an office space for the studio in Belo Horizonte, Brazil. Eventually moved from São Paulo, Brazil, to Helsinki, Finland, in order to work closer together with the European clients.
- Travelled the world to work with international clients and production teams, having delivered and presented projects in Dubai, US, Brazil and Europe.
- Got my work featured in multiple research papers about arts, technology and business. Lectured multiple times at the Business School of the Åbo Akatemia about interactive media technologies.

Opened my own small company to pursue personal projects and provide interactive and 3D work for international clients, eventually leading myself and my whole team to move from Brazil to Finland.
- Own business that outsourced general 3D and XR services for marketing and game design with a team of 5 artists and developers, delivered +30 projects for multiple clients internationally.
- Experienced and created multiple projects with the, at the time, pioneer technologies of 3D printing, Web3D, Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR). Created an interactive educational experience platform for arts & heritage approved on the Steam Greenlight.
- Started specializing in management practices, which would later help me shift from production to more high-level management and administrative work. Graduated with Honors from EMPRETEC, a UN-Based entrepreneurship course for capacitating individuals to boost local economies under economical and social crisis situations.
Generalist Game Developer

Joined the Innovation Sector of the most important cultural institution in Latin America, developing interactive media projects and led by a pioneer in the game development industry of Brazil.
- Worked at the Innovation department of the largest cultural institute in Brazil, part of the largest bank in Latin America, creating interactive digital experiences and assisting in implementing internal innovation programmes.
- Collaborated close together with multiple renowned artists and their families for art exhibitions, including Oscar Niemeyer, Waldemar Cordeiro, Lygia Clark, Aloísio Magalhães and more.
- The only developer of the whole institution during the time, I solo created technically advanced multiplayer experiences (what we call nowadays Metaverse experiences), precise historical reconstructions and digital accessibility solutions.
- Created educational, academical and minigame experiences for mobile, desktop, touchscreen totems and computers (PC and Mac) as part of the different exhibitions hosted at the institution..
