Jonathan Biz Medina

With a wide experience in different fronts of sales, development, management and administration, I've had different roles at startups and multi-billionaire institutions: worked in the Innovation sector of the largest bank of Latin America, had my own 3D studio in São Paulo and later moved to Finland to build the largest XR company in Europe from scratch.

Highly motivated and with a multi-disciplinary skillset, I'm able to help from the frontline of development and sales all the way up to the C-Level strategy, having directly worked with different clients in creating digital solutions for training, entertainment, B2B, industrial and education for companies such as Nvidia, Microsoft, Nokia, Cartier, Finnair, HP, Meta, Epic Games and more. 

Due to my leadership skills, I've also hired, coached and managed over 250 people and coordinated large international teams with over 40 simultaneous multi-disciplinary professionals for big projects that lasted +2 years.
